2nd Shift Reach Truck Forklift Driver *Cooler & Freezer Only Facility*

Forklift Operators help support this mission by replenishing product levels to ensure items can be easily accessed in the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to transport merchandise to designated locations in the warehouse
• Accurately track inventory utilizing a handheld computer and other necessary technology
• Stack and rotate merchandise, either by hand or using material handling equipment
• Replenish pick slots and production lines to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders
• Stage finished product in designated storage areas
• Load and unload merchandise from trailers
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures set for a forklift operator in the warehouse
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels

Work involves continually standing, bending, pulling, lifting, and pivoting up to 90% of the shift. Frequently lift product weighing between 1–60 lbs. or more, including lifting from floor to overhead. Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height. Safe handling of sharp objects including box-cutting tools.

Requirements

• One or more years of experience operating material handling equipment
• Strong sense of safety and ability to follow standard safety procedures
• Team-oriented outlook with a passion for helping others
• Desire to work with a team to support causes that positively impact our communities
• Ability and willingness to follow material handling equipment safe operating procedures
• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)

Pay

Earn $18.00 per hour, with potential to increase up to $28.25 through additional incentive earning and premiums. Includes base increases, $1.50 cooler/freezer premium, $0.75 shift premium, and incentive/attendance pay (once qualified).

Schedule

Full-time, 2nd shift, Sunday–Friday, 5 days on/2 days off.
