Responsibilities
- Lift pallets for inspection to ensure compliance with quality, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
- Inspect pallets for defects, damages, and inconsistencies in materials or assembly.
- Utilize tools and equipment (hammer, saw) to correct minor issues and verify dimensions, weight, and other quality parameters of pallets.
- Identify and document any deviations from quality standards.
- Communicate inspection results and quality issues with production teams and supervisors.
- Adhere to PCP standards and guidelines; partner with Quality Lead to ensure plant compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide support during audits and inspections.
- Troubleshoot jams and perform basic maintenance of the quality control station.
- Stand for long periods of time and repeatedly lift pallets weighing 50–75 lbs.
- Operate equipment and tools with extreme care, adhering to company safety procedures at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines; wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment daily.
- Report any safety hazards or concerns to supervisors immediately.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Hand/eye coordination and ability to stand for prolonged periods.
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner with high attention to detail.
- Strong understanding and communication of information.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.

Schedule
2nd Shift (Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM).
