2nd Shift Production Worker - Pressweld

Watteredge is looking for a dependable and motivated Production Worker to join our 2nd Shift Pressweld team. This hands-on position plays an important role in manufacturing high-quality copper products for our customers. Schedule

2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Pressweld equipment and production machinery.
• Read and follow work instructions, job travelers, blueprints, and specifications.
• Load, position, and remove copper materials and components.
• Operate hand tools and production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet quality and dimensional requirements.
• Use basic measuring tools to verify product specifications.
• Monitor equipment and report mechanical, material, or quality concerns.
• Complete required production documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work with team members to meet production, quality, and safety goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and production documentation.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Strong attention to quality and detail.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work the full 3:00 PM–11:30 PM shift.
