2nd Shift Production Operator

What You'll Do

• Hanger – Inspect product for defects and move it from the stuffing line to trees/racks
• Stuffer – Set correct sausage lengths and inspect for quality
• Takedown – Inspect and verify product for packaging
• Packer – Place product into formed pockets while checking for defects

Schedule

3:30 PM – 12:30 AM
Up to 40 hours/week, with occasional overtime (up to 2 extra hours/day)

What We're Looking For

• A high school diploma or GED
• A team player who's willing to learn different roles and rotate as needed
• Comfortable with basic computer use (we'll teach you our systems)
• Good attention to detail and record-keeping
• Food industry experience a plus, but not required
• Ability to read and follow procedure sheets, labels, and safety materials

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, climb, balance, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work is performed in a cool environment (45°F) on concrete floors with moderate noise levels
• Appropriate PPE provided
