2nd Shift Production Operator
Job Summary
The team in Space & Defense at Moog is seeking a Production Operator to join their team in Blacksburg, VA. The Production Operator will report to the Production Coach.

Responsibilities
- Complete basic assembly operations using required manufacturing documentation.
- Correctly store, clean, and maintain tools, equipment, and chemicals; verify calibration dates and seals.
- Perform electrical testing using automated test equipment.
- Solder, read from blueprints, and use microscopes.
- Complete paperwork required for each part, accurately and legibly.
- Perform minor rework per Standard Rework Procedures, Quality History Tag Instructions, or rework router.
Requirements
- A High School diploma or GED preferred, or demonstrated ability to understand and apply all verbal, written, and computer work instructions in English.
- Demonstrated ability to perform simple addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Quality conscious, mechanical aptitude, and good dexterity.

Pay
Salary Range: $16.00–$20.00 per hour. Salary will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
