2nd Shift Production Associate (Solaris)

About the role

Maintain workflow on the production line.

Operate equipment and pull/prep parts for jobs.

Fill in for absent team members as needed.

Work overtime to meet production goals.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn how to use various measuring devices.
• Capacity to learn and operate multiple pieces of equipment.
• Strong attendance record.
• Previous production experience is a plus.

Education

• High school diploma or GED.

Physical/Mental Requirements

• Full body mobility and good eyesight.
• Strong hand-eye coordination.
• Constant alertness and attention to detail.
• Tolerance for exposure to some odors.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand full shift.
