2nd Shift Production Associate

Work Location, Shift and Hours
5151 Portside Dr., Medina, OH 44256, near I-71 and Route 18; Monday-Friday, 2:00PM-10:30PM, with opportunity for overtime. First 4 weeks of employment will require training on 1st shift, with transition to 2nd shift.
Pay
$20.00 per hour, plus additional $1.50 per hour shift premium On the first of the month after 60 days: Potential pay increase for introductory performance review

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Order Assembly
- Assemble customer orders according to the Build of Material (BOM)
- Properly pack items for shipment or stage for Production assembly
- Ensure order accuracy with thorough paperwork and product review prior to each order shipment
- Logistics and Inventory Management
- Notify management to resolve inventory discrepancies and damaged products
- Transport materials throughout the warehouse using hand truck, forklift, or other equipment
- Additional Duties
- Perform routine housekeeping and maintenance duties
- Restock and rotate product
- Adhere to safety standards, immediately correcting or reporting unsafe conditions
Qualifications and Competencies
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the team
- Ability to lift, lower and slide 50-70 pounds
- Ability to use small hand tools
- Material moving equipment experience , preferred (pallet jacks, hand trucks, forklifts, etc.)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy with keyboard skills
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 2+ years of Warehouse experience
