About the role

We are currently seeking a full-time Production Associate to join our team in Hastings, MI. This role supports the entire production process and requires adaptability, proactivity, and strong math and reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of production process, including computer work, product manufacturing, inspection, and packaging
• Operate within multiple work cells, rotating as needed to meet production demands and maintain workflow efficiency
• Inspect product for quality, accurately record data, and report findings in accordance with company procedures
• Follow standardized work instructions, safety guidelines and quality procedures at all times
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation sheets and on the computer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong math and reading comprehension
• Ability to retain processes and apply knowledge across multiple production areas
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Demonstrated strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to attendance
• Effective communication skills for reporting issues and collaborating with others

Schedule

This position is available on a 3rd shift, 40 hours per week plus overtime. Overtime is currently paid at double time rate.
