2nd Shift Order Selector (Mon-Thur)

Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

About the role

We are seeking a team player with proven retail distribution success to work in a fast-paced distribution center. This role involves loading and unloading trailers, moving merchandise, and operating conveyors or forklift equipment throughout the Distribution Center.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload merchandise.
• Check, verify, and audit merchandise; enter data into remote data terminals to ensure accuracy and condition of ordered items.
• Identify, separate, label, and palletize merchandise for relocation within the distribution center.
• Operate forklift equipment to move and store merchandise.
• Replenish pick areas as identified by replenishment screens or reports.
• Fill merchandise orders by selecting and moving items from active locations to conveyors, slots, pallets, or boxes.
• Load merchandise onto trailers by moving items from conveyors or pallets.
• Scan non-conveyable or non-diverted merchandise prior to loading on trailers.
• Verify shipment accuracy and ensure merchandise is undamaged and loaded onto the correct trailer.
• Perform general housekeeping duties.
• Perform varied duties depending on department assignment, which may change based on Distribution Center needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to adapt to job duty and department changes as required.
