2nd Shift New Car Vehicle Prepper

About the role

As a Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) Technician, you'll inspect new vehicles, install accessories, and ensure every vehicle is customer-ready before delivery. Every day you'll work with a variety of new vehicles while developing your automotive skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles using established inspection procedures.
• Install vehicle accessories as required.
• Scan vehicles using WyoTech tablets.
• Clean and detail vehicles when needed.
• Perform additional vehicle inspections as required.
• Document labor time and report any issues found during inspections.
• Read and follow service manuals and repair procedures.
• Help ensure every vehicle meets quality standards before delivery.

Requirements

• You're at least 18 years old.
• You have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• You have basic mechanical knowledge of vehicles.
• You're familiar with basic hand tools, torque specifications, and vehicle hoists.
• You're able to read service manuals and accurately document your work.
• You're able to lift and move parts weighing up to 100 pounds.
• You have reliable transportation.
• You can meet the company's background check and drug screen requirements.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.

Pay

Starting pay of $19.00/hour, based on experience, plus weekly pay and access to on-demand pay.

Schedule

Stable Monday-Friday schedule from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM with weekends off.
