2nd shift Material Handler

About the role

Position Summary: The Shipper position is a very important component to the production of both our infrastructure and agricultural products. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Storing materials
• Picking, packing and scanning orders
• Adhering to Lindsay Corporation Safety Policies and Procedures while maintaining a safe working environment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Forklift and/or crane operators preferred; certification obtained through employment
• CDL a plus
• 1 year of warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to add and subtract using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral or diagram form
• Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (metguard boots, protective eyewear, hard hats, gloves, ear plugs, etc)
• Must be able to communicate in English
