We are adding Maintenance/Electrical Technicians to support our continued growth. This is a full-time position based in Maumee, Ohio, offering competitive wages, growth opportunities, and a clean, safe work environment.
About the role
Hours for this position are typically: 2nd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 2PM-10PM.
Pay
Weekly pay of $32-38/hour based on experience, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities
- Perform simple-to-complex duties to install and maintain production machines and plant equipment.
- Assist with emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs during machine service.
- Perform electrical duties including:
- Working with PLCs
- Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics
- Working with 120v, 220v, 480v, and 13.8k volt circuits
- Installing, repairing, and troubleshooting starters, relays, switches, proximity circuits, variable frequency drives (VFD), contactors, and input/output circuits
- Perform mechanical tasks including:
- Mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
- Complete simple to complex fabrication projects, typically involving welding components together.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
- Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.
- Perform aerial tasks using scissor lifts, baskets, and booms.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
- Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report unusual situations to proper supervision.
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
- Authority to stop production if unsafe parts or conditions appear.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate Supervisor and/or Manager, which may be outside the scope of responsibilities noted above.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Must satisfactorily complete pre-employment screening (background check and drug screen).
- Must be able to work overtime (daily, weekends, and holidays).
- 5+ years of progressive industrial experience in electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, and industrial skills.
- Experience in industrial maintenance.
- Must be able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Must report to work on time to support production startup.
- Good physical stamina and coordination; ability to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, or climb for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift, push, or pull objects up to 50 pounds.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and basic math skills; physical dexterity.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
