2nd Shift MAINTENANCE

Job Details

We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals with good work habits, the ability to minimize downtime of all equipment, and to operate the facility at its maximum efficiency. In addition, we need someone who works well with others and is self-motivated.

• General housekeeping of all maintenance areas, including the refrigeration system
• Complete required paperwork
• Complete and log tasks as requested
• Battery changing and maintenance
• Equipment inspections, as requested
• General maintenance including painting, cleaning, and preventative maintenance inside and outside of the facility

Reports To: Assistant Chief Engineer and/or Chief Engineer
Travel Amount: 0-10%

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have or be able to complete the qualifications below

• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Experience: Previous warehouse maintenance preferred but not required
• Knowledge: Previous residential maintenance experience
• Other Abilities: Background in preventative maintenance

• Maintain a professional demeanor in appearance and communications at all times
• Participate in staff and/or customer meetings as required
• Take initiative to prevent non-conformities related to product, process, and quality systems
• Identify and report any issues related to product, processes, and/or quality
• Propose and implement solutions through appropriate channels
• Ensure solutions are effectively implemented
• Follow posted security procedures at all times while in the building
• Participate in safety and educational training programs
