Responsibilities

• Safely install and align tooling attachments, fixtures, and workpieces on machines.
• Follow safety rules from the manufacturer and SRC, using provided machine guards and protective gear for a safe workspace.
• Operate machines safely, using required machine guards and protective gear.
• Your goal is to produce top-quality products that meet strict standards and deadlines, following provided work instructions closely.
• You are responsible for creating products that meet specifications. If you find any worn or damaged tools, promptly inform the Production Supervisor to maintain our high-quality standards.
• Complete assigned paperwork carefully, ensuring all important details are included following our thorough work instructions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating manufacturing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using various types of manufacturing equipment.
• Good physical condition to perform manual labor tasks.
• Ability to work flexible hours including shifts, weekends, and holidays.
