Position Summary
This role is responsible for maintaining daily communication with customers to ensure all finished goods shipments meet third-party requirements. The position also involves coordinating with trucking companies to properly plan shipments and updating both company and customer systems by removing inventory according to established depletion procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate regularly with coworkers and supervisors to receive direction and coordinate tasks
- Interact daily with customers and external vendors to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in alignment with 5S standards
- Follow all procedures within the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Coordinate the shipment of finished goods to meet customer demand
- Use the warehouse management system to schedule shipments accurately, following FIFO (First In, First Out) guidelines
- Inform customers of any issues related to shipment timing or scheduling
- Adhere to all standard operating procedures and best practices for shipping and inventory depletion

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to read and understand work instructions
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Basic computer skills, including email and Excel
- Must pass a drug test and maintain a drug-free status
- Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules based on customer needs
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
