GA Telesis MRO Services Component Repair Group is committed to providing comprehensive aircraft maintenance, repair, overhaul, and logistic support services to the commercial rotor and fixed-wing aircraft markets.

Responsibilities
- Disassemble, clean and inspect landing gear components for wear, corrosion, or damage
- Utilize knowledge of aircraft mechanical component troubleshooting/repair procedures and replacement of components
- Perform polishing, honing, and/or plating of various landing gear parts, including cylinders, pistons, and bushings, using specialized tools and equipment
- Measure components using micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools to verify compliance with specifications
- Assist in troubleshooting component issues and recommend repair or replacement
- Accurately complete all required paperwork including inspection records, work orders, and traceability logs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1+ years of experience removing and restoring aircraft assemblies
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and blueprints
- Familiarity with FAA regulations and Part 145 repair station requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
