2nd Shift Inventory Control Forklift Driver

Essential Functions

• Mets or exceeds Labor standards/KPIs
• Physically and systematically process inventory transactions by case or pair through the facility
• Operate equipment as required by functional work area
• (for example- Carton erector)
• Work at a steady pace and with a sense of urgency
• Maintain a high attention to detail
• Pack cartons in a neat and orderly fashion
• Ensure the correct shipping label is applied to the outbound carton
• Perform Quality assurance activities as required
• Perform value add activities as required
• Absorb and resolve operational issues
• Communicate operational errors to supervisors
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement as best practices
• Maintain equipment and supply stocks
• Perform 5 S Audit as requested
• Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
• Absorb and assist in other areas of the operation
• Absorb and follow directions and feedback
• Absorb and apply work instructions

Preferred Qualifications & Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1-2 years’ warehouse and forklift experience preferred
• Experience using RF devices preferred
• Experience with Crown equipment a plus
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without an accommodation
• Able to be on feet for the entire shift
• May be required to work at heights, such as mezzanines, order pickers, and use ladders
• Able to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations
• Able to perform basic math
