- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Experience with various brands and models of HVAC and plumbing equipment
- Technical knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems

Pay
The salary range for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
The schedule for this position is typically Monday through Friday, with some weekend work required based on business needs.
