2nd Shift: High Reach Operator | $19.50/hr

About the role

As a High Reach Equipment Operator hired by MyWorkChoice for Stanley Black & Decker, you'll receive consistent full-time hours with a set schedule. Apply, complete your paperwork, and get hired - all within the MyWorkChoice App.

Responsibilities

• Operating warehouse equipment including Cherry Pickers, forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks
• Performing cycle counts on items/locations to verify quantity accuracy
• Making accurate inventory adjustments and transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Using handheld scanners and computers to track inventory movement and document findings
• Identifying and reporting discrepancies, misplacements, or packaging issues
• Collaborating with warehouse operations, receiving/shipping, quality, and customer service team

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience
• Minimum 6 months of high reach required — Cherry Picker experience preferred
• Familiarity with inventory management software (WMS/ERP systems)
• Proficiency in basic math and computer literacy
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Schedule

• Hours: 2 pm - 10 pm
• Days: Monday - Sunday

Pay

• $19.50/hour, paid every Friday (daily pay available)
