2nd shift Hang Line Operator $22.51/hour

About the role

Purpose: You will be responsible for following quality, safety, and production standards, and all applicable ISO 9000 Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions. The position is located in Martin, TN.

Responsibilities

• Production duties as assigned by Team Coach and Team Leader
• Set up workstation
• Assist in change over and Lean procedures
• Visual inspection of work in process and finished product
• Check process and finished parts using checking fixtures and gauges
• Understand the safe operation of all equipment
• Follow quality, production, safety standards, and ISO and Company procedures
• Highlight concerns and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements

• Ability to lift 30 lbs
• Ability to use required hand tools and air guns
• Troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to interact with people
• Knowledge of ISO and Lean Manufacturing Standards
• Effective communication skills as well as good written skills

Pay

Pay starts at $21.01 per hour plus a $1.50 shift premium, for a total of $22.51 per hour.

Schedule

2nd shift, Monday‑Friday: 3:30 pm – 12:00 am.
