2nd Shift Fulfillment Associate

Mom’s Meals, a leading national provider of refrigerated home-delivered meals, is looking for high-energy, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Fulfillment Associate. This role involves picking, scanning, and packing a portion of each customer’s order in a fast-paced, refrigerated environment.

About the Role

Work is performed inside a large warehouse maintained at 34–40 degrees Fahrenheit (gloves will be provided). The position requires standing/walking for up to 8–10 hours per shift and occasional lifting/moving of up to 50 lbs. Shifts may include weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Pick correct items for cooler boxes, scan appropriately, and pack items to complete your portion of the customer’s order.
• Adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards.
• Pay close attention to detail while reading labels and selecting product.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Produce consistent, high-quality work output.
• Move product between locations following food-safety guidelines.
• Assist with general housekeeping.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand/walk for 8–10 hours per shift.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Strong service orientation and ability to work well with others.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic reading skills.
• Must pass a post-offer drug screen and background check.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in warehouse distribution or similar environment.

Physical Requirements

• Regularly use hands to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls and reach with hands and arms.
• Frequently stand, talk, and listen.
• Occasionally walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Vision abilities include close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Able to perform repetitive movements.
• Able to work in variable temperatures (cold/hot).
