2nd Shift Forklift Driver

About the role
We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented, and safety-minded individual to join our team as a Certified Forklift Operator. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and being part of a company that makes a real difference, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Scan and attach proper tote tickets to help maintain inventory accuracy
- Move totes/pallets throughout the plant
- Weigh product and record weight on tickets
- Move, stack, and unstack pallets or totes of product in rows, up to 5 high
- Ensure pallets are stacked and wrapped correctly
- Remove pallets of completed product to appropriate area for storage
- Unload and fill out required paperwork on all incoming materials, ingredients, and supplies
- Relieve other department drivers for breaks
- Operate forklift safely at all times, maintain forklift as required, and complete daily forklift checklist
- Change propane as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of forklift experience preferred (food processing experience a plus)
- Basic math and clear communication skills
- Strong communication skills, as the role involves regular interaction with team members across departments
Work Environment
- Indoor and outdoor environments
- Exposure to wet/humid conditions and extreme heat/cold
- High noise levels and moving mechanical parts
- Exposure to fumes and nuisance dusts
- Must wear proper PPE such as bump cap, eye and ear protection, gloves, and seatbelts

Pay
- Forklift Operator 2: $21.83/hour
- Forklift Operator 1: $23.28/hour
Schedule
Full-time, 2nd shift starting at 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday
