Hattie Larlham is a not-for-profit disability service organization providing care and support to over 1,600 children and adults throughout Ohio. The organization enhances the quality of life for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families through a commitment to comfort, joy, and achievement. Staff focus on creating a nurturing environment where individuals have opportunities to learn, have fun, feel safe, loved, and make choices about their lives.
Responsibilities
- Help with everyday living skills such as bathing, getting dressed, eating, and attending activities and medical appointments.
- Document accomplishments and attend meetings and trainings regarding persons served.
- Maintain contact with family members and provide updates of their loved ones.
- Communicate with other healthcare professionals and work together as a team.
- Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and commitment to provide the best care to individuals served.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED, preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
Schedule
2nd Shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm
Every other weekend and holiday required
Pay
Start at $20.00/hour + shift differential
