Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to achieve the company’s overall goals
• Demonstrate clear verbal and written communication skills (English)
• Meet production goals and time deadlines for company projects
• Read and process written communication including work orders, frame prints, and measurements
• Work under close supervision
• Demonstrate production competency and knowledge of production systems
• Rotate to other production positions as needed
• Operate appropriate equipment including fabricating machinery, band saws, acetylene torches, tape measures, etc.
• Physically lift and maneuver weights in excess of fifty pounds
• Exhibit successful problem-solving skills
• Maintain professional relationships with supervisors, fellow employees, and customers
• Work under physically and mentally stressful situations
• Prioritize and adapt to changes throughout the day

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.

Schedule

This is a full-time position, typically Monday through Friday. Hours depend on production demands.

Travel

Minimal to no travel required.

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school education
• Manufacturing/industry experience (preferred)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
