2nd Shift Crew Leader - Task MX3/4

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Train and motivate team members to reach daily production
• Conduct crew meetings to provide clear instruction on daily task
• Ensure safety policies are being followed at all times
• Responsible of setting all work area
• Inspect quality of all products
• Keep open communication with Manager and Directors
• Complete all daily reports
• Ensure employees follow safety requirements and operations processes

Minimum Qualifications

• 1+ year(s) experience in a leadership role
• 1+ year(s) experience in Manufacturing/Warehouse environment
• 1+ year(s) experience in horticulture growing
• Strong leadership skills and ability to give/receive constructive feedback
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to work and communicate across multiple departments
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Problem solving, troubleshooting, and seeking solutions to problems
• Detailed-oriented with the ability to multitask
• Must be able to work in various types of weather conditions
• Must be able to work in all outdoor elements, including dust and allergens
• Occasional need to work in confined spaces
• Long-term ability for standing, sitting, squatting, bending, reaching, and twisting on a regular basis to fulfill essential duties
• Candidate must have the ability to operate all machinery necessary within the department and across the facility, including but not limited to operating the table lifter and get certified and operate on internal vehicles
• Able to life 35 pounds unaided, and regularly lift up to 50 pounds with assistance

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic Office 365 skills in Excel, Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint
