Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with Independent Contractors (IC)
- Execute essential functions that drive the business forward
- Manage client inspections
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Audit scopes of work to ensure outstanding service
- Uphold operational policies
- Maintain compliance with client standards
- Address clients' needs through innovative solutions
Requirements
- A high school diploma is required
- Experience in the commercial janitorial services industry is a plus
- Three years of management experience, including skills in coaching, motivating, and leading teams across multiple locations
- Top-notch planning and organizational skills
- Pays attention to the small details that make a big difference
- Natural effective communication and interpersonal skills
