Responsibilities

• Perform all building-related tasks including, but not limited to, framing, insulating, installing roof systems, and doing trim work.
• Use hand and power tools.
• Read blueprints.
• Safely operate forklifts and scissor lifts.
• Work within a crew to complete the assembly of buildings.
• Effectively position all building parts according to knowledge of the unit being assembled.

Requirements

• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Welding experience preferred.
• Prior forklift and scissor lift experience preferred, but not required.
• Prior construction and/or roofing experience preferred, but not required.
• Prior sheet metal experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to work 5:00pm - 3:30am and overtime, as needed.

Schedule

5:00pm - 3:30am, with overtime as needed.
