2nd Shift Assembly Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support a team of approximately 10 team members across 3 departments
• Ensure daily production goals are met while maintaining quality standards
• Absorb hands on assembly by using hand and measuring tools
• Absorb assistance with running a router and aluminum press brake
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Train new team members and support ongoing development

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing/assembly experience
• Prior leadership or team lead experience
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading
• High attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual preferred with strong communication skills
