About the role

Sinomax is currently hiring for Production Assembly Positions. These are direct hire, full time positions for immediate start! (after completing background and drug screening).

We are a global manufacturer and distributor of polyurethane comfort products, specializing in memory foams. Our mattresses, pillows and mattress toppers are sold in more than 6,000 stores around the world.

Responsibilities

• Performs all duties according to established safety, quality, and efficiency procedures
• Maintains workstation in a neat, clean and orderly fashion
• Assembles mattress units per established work instructions using a variety of tools and machinery (automated and non-automated)
• Processes foam mattresses per tasks such as, but not limited to; component preparation, assembly, gluing, laminating, coating, measuring, applying initial covering, sewing, applying final coverings, feeding machines, packaging, and preparing for storage or shipment
• Inspects mattress components and finished units for unacceptable flaws or defects
• Specific tasks are assigned and cross-training to other assembly tasks is required
• Other reasonable duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to work in packing, boxing, wrapping, production, assembly

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older to work in manufacturing environment
