Role: Die Cutter Operator Location: Minneapolis, MN Work Type: Full-time | Onsite Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Die Cutter Operator to operate and maintain die cutting machinery used to produce high-quality packaging and printed materials. The ideal candidate will ensure products meet quality specifications, adhere to safety standards, and support efficient production while meeting established deadlines. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate die cutting machines, including Brausse SE 1050 and Kluge equipment.Interpret production documents and job tickets to configure machinery according to project specifications.Perform dimensional measurements and quality inspections to ensure products meet required standards.Troubleshoot and adjust machinery to minimize downtime and maintain efficient production.Load materials, package finished products, and perform machine changeovers.Follow established safety protocols and industrial equipment handling procedures.Maintain accurate production records, machine settings, quality inspections, and maintenance documentation. Required Qualifications Experience operating Brausse SE 1050 and Kluge die cutting equipment.Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment.Experience operating converting machines, flexographic presses, or similar industrial equipment.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, production documents, and quality standards.Basic math skills for measurements and machine adjustments.Familiarity with production safety standards and manual material handling.Ability to perform dimensional measurements using calipers or similar measuring tools.Knowledge of paper packaging processes and industrial packaging materials.Experience working in a manufacturing environment focused on quality and efficiency. Preferred Skills Experience with packaging and paper converting operations.Mechanical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.Quality inspection and documentation.Manufacturing process improvement.
