Job Summary

The 2nd-Grade Elementary Teacher provides standards-based instruction in core academic subjects, including English language arts, mathematics, science, and social studies. The teacher creates a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that supports students' academic, social-emotional, and behavioral growth.

Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering effective instruction
• Absessing student progress
• Differentiating instruction to meet diverse learning needs
• Collaborating with families and colleagues
• Maintaining a safe and productive classroom in accordance with district policies and California Education Code
