• Incorporate technology into the curriculum to enhance teaching and learning.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan interdisciplinary units and share best practices.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and techniques.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
• A valid teaching license in the state of Ohio.
• Experience in a K-8th grade setting preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse student body and staff.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Knowledge of Common Core State Standards and other relevant educational frameworks.

Skills

• Effective classroom management skills.
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other educational software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
