2nd Assistant Manager - Part Time

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through their shopping experience.
• Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories.
• Process sales via computer, handle cash, and run credit cards.
• Restock the sales floor and maintain store cleanliness.
• Train team members on sales and operational tasks.
• Lead the team to ensure the best customer experience.
• Make bank deposits.
• Process freight and set up the sales floor.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and personal transportation for bank deposits.
• Interest in teaching others how to sell and learning people management.
• Willing to open/close the store, including times when alone.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Capable of kneeling, twisting, bending, climbing ladders, reaching, stooping, and lifting 25–50 pounds.
