2nd Assistant Manager - Part Time

What You Will Do

• Greet our customers and guide them through their shopping experience.
• Sell Shoes, apparel, and accessories to customers.
• Ring up sales in computer, take cash/run credit cards.
• Help re-stock the sales floor.
• Keep things neat and clean in the store.
• Teach others how to do all the things above.
• Lead the rest of the team to ensure the best customer sales experience.
• Make deposits at the bank.
• Process freight and set the sales floor as it arrives.

    What You Need

    • Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and personal transportation to take deposits to the bank.
    • Wants to teach others how to sell and learn how to be a people manager.
    • Willing to open/close the store, knowing that there may be times that you are alone in the store.
    • Willing and able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
    • Can kneel, twist, bend, climb a ladder, reach, stoop and lift 25-50 pounds.

        About the Role

        We are looking for an energetic and dependable individual who wants to be part of our sales team. The 2nd Assistant Manager is an entry level part-time management role that will not only sell our shoes to customers but also manage and lead the sales team when you are the manager on duty.
