Responsibilities
- Aid in opening and closing the facility.
- Conduct emission tests on customer vehicles.
- Oversee lane operations by monitoring traffic flow and wait times.
- Perform system overrides and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of new lane inspectors through the onboarding process.
- Communicate clearly to customers about the testing process and test results.
- Report safety concerns, policy violations, or suspicious activity to the Station Manager.
- Create a clean and professional environment to maintain the station’s cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or related field.
- Experience with vehicle emissions testing equipment.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
