Job Summary

We are seeking PCA's in Blanco, TX and surrounding areas to work in Johnson City, Kingsland, Dripping Springs, Blanco, Lampasas, Llano, Lakeway, Marble Falls, Burnet and surrounding areas. The position offers a healthy, happy environment with competitive pay and flexible scheduling starting immediately.

Special Requirements

• Willing to drive at least 30 minutes to arrive at client's home
• PCA must have a strong work ethics, and a can-do attitude

Duties

• Provide companionship to client
• Prepare meals
• Light housekeeping
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming
• Provide transportation (valid DL required)
• Promote positive, supportive, respectful communication to patient/family and other employees
• Create an environment promoting respect for patient, privacy and property
• Demonstrate effective time management skills
• Report unsafe conditions, problems and observations to supervisor
• Demonstrate commitment, professional growth and competency through attending required in-services
• Promote the Right at Home philosophy and administrative policies to ensure quality of care
