About the role
Full Time Hospitality Supervisor for the Boston, MA area.
Pay Rate: $29 per hour
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 07:00–15:00
Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and support assigned security officers to ensure consistent quality service.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with all NES, client, and regulatory standards.
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and client concerns, providing professional resolution and documentation.
- Maintain accurate daily activity logs, post orders, and incident reports.
- Monitor and manage attendance, scheduling, and shift coverage.
- Conduct onboarding, coaching, and disciplinary action as needed in coordination with HR and Operations.
- Serve as the point of contact between site management, clients, and NES leadership.
- Ensure officers maintain professional appearance, conduct, and performance.
- Support recruiting and onboarding efforts for new officers as required.
- Promote a culture of safety, integrity, and accountability across all shifts.
- Assume other duties as required by either Client or Northeast Security, Inc.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years security experience; hospital security experience highly preferred.
- 2–3 years of previous security supervisor experience.
- Customer service experience required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Neat and professional appearance.
- Dependable means of transportation.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (both written and verbal).
- Must pass drug screening and criminal background check.
