About the role

Northeast Security, Inc. is seeking Security Concierge Officers for premiere Class A buildings in Cambridge.

Pay Rate: $27.00/hour. The role offers parking on-site.

Schedule

Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 6:00am-10:00am.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a front-facing representative for the building and its clients, upholding the client’s appearance and culture while making guests feel welcomed and approachable.
• Maintain a professional appearance and remain on post at all times.
• Demonstrate positive phone demeanor and superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Exhibit a service-oriented mindset to ensure every guest feels valued.
• Ensure timely notification of all serious incidents.
• Possess basic computer knowledge.
• Maintain effective communications with all assigned security personnel.
• Keep assigned security personnel updated on modifications to procedures, policies, or regulations.
• Assume additional duties as required by the client or Northeast Security, Inc.

Requirements

• Customer service experience required.
• Previous security concierge experience or related field/education.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Dependable means of transportation.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (both written and verbal).
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must successfully pass all pre-employment background and drug screenings.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record of three years or more.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
