About the role
This position is located at Farmington High School within the Farmington Public Schools district.
Responsibilities
- Teach health science courses to high school students.
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with state standards.
- Assess student progress through various methods including quizzes, tests, and projects.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to provide a comprehensive educational experience.
- Maintain accurate records and report grades as required.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in health science or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification in health science or a related field.
- Experience in teaching health science or related subjects preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.
