- Teach Elementary age students (all subject areas) - Ensure that all students have access to a comprehensive curriculum - Participate in weekly coaching sessions - Attend professional development workshops

- Bachelor's degree - Reside in the US and within commutable distance to school - Authorized to work in the United States - Reliable transportation to and from job site - Complete background check
