Classified hourly rate ranges:
- $19.04 to $34.48 – with a passing ParaPro/ParaPathways score OR 60 hours of accredited college credit
- $19.71 to $38.27 – with a Bachelor’s degree
Rate is based on the board‑approved 2026‑2027 salary schedule and verified work experience (up to 37 years).
Qualifications
- Passing ParaPro or ParaPathways assessment, or 60 hours of accredited college credit
- Bachelor’s degree (for the higher rate tier)
