About the role
Kreyco (formerly known as Language Learning Network) is a nationwide organization that supports students of all kinds by building strong partnerships between schools and teachers. We are currently seeking K-12 Paraeducators and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for the 2026-2027 school year.
Responsibilities
- Support students in the classroom
- Provide assistance to teachers as needed
- Implement a comprehensive curriculum
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions
- Conduct background checks as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Reside in the US and within commutable distance to school
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation to and from job site
- Complete background check
Qualifications
- Passionate and dedicated to teaching
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of behavior analysis and intervention techniques (for RBTs)
