About the role
Kreyco (formerly known as Language Learning Network) is a nationwide organization that specializes in preK-12 education. We support students of all kinds by building strong partnerships between schools and teachers.Responsibilities
As a K-12 Paraeducator or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a crucial role in supporting students in the classroom. Your responsibilities will include:- Assisting teachers in delivering instruction
- Providing one-on-one support to students
- Implementing behavior plans as directed
- Assisting with daily classroom activities
Requirements
To be considered for these roles, you must meet the following requirements:- Have a Bachelor's degree
- Reside in the US and within commutable distance to the school
- Be authorized to work in the United States
- Have reliable transportation to and from the job site
- Complete a background check
Qualifications
In addition to the requirements, preferred qualifications include:- Experience working with children
- Knowledge of behavior analysis principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
Candidates should possess the following skills:- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
