We are seeking passionate, qualified, and dedicated K-12 Paraeducators and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for the 2026-2027 school year.

About the role

Kreyco supports students of all kinds by building strong partnerships between schools and teachers. Our mission is to ensure that all of our teachers have everything they need to be successful in the classroom, including a comprehensive curriculum, coaching and mentorship, and professional development at no cost.

Responsibilities

• Support students in the classroom
• Provide additional instruction and guidance as needed
• Work closely with teachers and other staff to enhance student learning
• Participate in professional development activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Reside in the US and within commutable distance to school
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation to and from job site
• Complete background check
