Minimum Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher OR 48 credit hours from an accredited college/university; OR pass the ParaPro test
• Possess or be eligible to obtain educational assistant licensure issued by the New Mexico Public Education Department
• Experience as an educational assistant (preferred)
• Bilingual and biliterate in English and Spanish (preferred)

Requirements

To be considered an eligible applicant, your AppliTrack application must include the following uploaded documents:

• A Current Resume
• College transcripts or ParaPro test results
• Lateral Transfer Application (for lateral transfers)

Optional documents may also be submitted.

An FBI fingerprint background check will be conducted on all new hires at a cost to the employee. Continued employment is contingent upon the results of the background check.
