FLORENCE TOWNSHIP SCHOOL DISTRICT JOB OPPORTUNITY POSITION: ASSISTANT SOFTBALL COACH Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and conducting daily practice. Support the development and implementation of game strategies. Provide individual and team coaching during practices and games. Foster a positive and encouraging team environment. Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling and equipment management. Ensure the safety and well-being of all student-athletes. Qualifications Certificated Staff/Substitute Certificate Previous coaching experience preferred. Strong knowledge of rules, techniques and strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with the Head/Assistant Coach and other staff. Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.
