- Develop structured volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes
- Create alumni engagement pathways
- Organize operational documentation and tools
- Support communication strategies by helping to streamline internal workflows and external messaging to volunteers, partners, and participants
- Analyze participation and engagement data to identify opportunities for improvement and sustainability
