26/27 School Year: Head Cross Country Coach

Responsibilities

• Ensure athletes adhere to the rules and regulations set by the TSSAA/TMSAA or other applicable athletic association, the Maury County School Board, and all building-level policies and procedures; report any violations to the appropriate party.
• Supervise all student athletes at all times, including ensuring an adult is present in the locker room when athletes are present and remaining until all athletes have left.
• Provide a safe environment for the health and safety of athletes, including injury prevention and proper care of injuries.
• Perform duties as assigned by the head coach.
• Follow the proper administrative chain of command and refer all student and parent requests or grievances through proper channels.
• Model respect and good sportsmanship before students and the community.
• Other duties as assigned.
