About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement game strategies
- Manage team practices and games
- Work closely with the athletic director and other coaches
- Ensure compliance with all school policies and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in coaching or related field
- Minimum 3 years of coaching experience at the high school level
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate athletes
- Experience with youth sports development
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Strong knowledge of football rules and regulations
- Ability to manage time effectively
