26/27 School Year: Assistant Boys Basketball Coach

Job Functions

• Verify adherence to rules and regulations set by TSSAA/TMSAA or other applicable athletic associations, Maury County School Board, and building-level policies and procedures.
• Report any violations to the appropriate party.
• Ensure supervision of all student athletes at all times.
• Be present in the locker room when athletes are present and remain until all athletes have left.
• Create a safe and healthy environment for athletes, including injury prevention and proper care.
• Perform any duties as directed by the head coach.
• Understand and follow the proper administrative chain of command, referring all student and parent requests or grievances through proper channels.
• Model respect and good sportsmanship for students and the community.
• Conduct oneself appropriately before students and the community.
